We want you to love every product you purchase from Qatada. However, if you face an issue, please review our return and refund terms below.


Returns Eligibility

You may request a return if:

  • You received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.
  • The request is made within 3 days of delivery.
  • The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and fragrance sensitivity, perfumes, attars, and personal care items cannot be returned once opened or used unless defective on arrival.


Return Process

  1. Contact us at info@qatada.com or via WhatsApp with your order number.
  2. Provide photos/videos showing the issue.
  3. Our team will review your case and guide you through the next steps.

Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days after product inspection.
  • Refunds will be made via the original payment method or store credit, depending on your preference.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the product was defective or incorrect.

Exchange

In certain cases, we can offer a product exchange for equal or higher value (with a price adjustment).
