At Qatada.pk, we aim to deliver your order safely and swiftly to your doorstep.

Delivery Time

  • Orders within Pakistan: 4–5 working days.

  • Remote areas: up to 7 working days, depending on courier coverage.

Shipping Charges

  • Free delivery on orders above Rs. 3500.

  • For orders below Rs. 3500, a standard delivery fee will be charged at checkout.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

COD is available nationwide for orders above Rs. 5000.
For orders below this amount, advance payment may be required via bank transfer or online payment.

Order Tracking

Once dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number via SMS or email to follow your parcel’s journey.

Delays

While we strive for timely deliveries, Qatada is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, weather, or other unforeseen factors.
